Hello. My name is Linda Wagner. I am and always will be Michael's mother just as Mark is and always will be Michael's father. Michael was taken from me in an alcohol related car crash on April 14, 2003. He was a shattered shell of a human being before he lost his life; we were in the process of re-building his shattered life. He loved his family unconditionally in spite of the fact that they used the corrupt Tennessee courts to discriminate against him. He lived for the day in which he would be re-united with his sisters, Dominique and little Mary Alice. I still cannot believe he is no longer with me; I don't believe it. This website was set up to tell his tragic story in order to expose the judicial corruption in the state of Tennessee. I want people from anywhere in the world from all walks of life to know how Michael was treated. Michael would want me to tell his tragic story in hopes of helping other children. There are many other children who are suffering from the state wide judicial corruption. This is Michael's website. This is his story. Please read the documents, specifically the transcripts, in date order. You will be able to understand his case more clearly. Under the Certified Filings tab the Memorandum dated February 21, 2001/Million-Heir Pays Pennies In Support gives a synopsis of the case from the beginning. Also, the Motion To Refuse Counsel To Withdraw dated January 2, 2004 gives a synopsis as well. Finally, under the Correspondence with TSC Board of Professional Responsibility, I describe the behavior of several attorneys in the Faxed Response to Nancy Jones dated August 6, 2007. This is actually an appeal I filed. I'm confident that once you review Michael's website, you will clearly see that he was discriminated against his entire short lived life. You will have one significant question; why was I wrongfully denied the audio tape that would have proven Michael's case was intentionally sabotaged on May 19, 2004. As far as I'm concerned the Court of Appeals judges should have seen to it that I was provided with the audio tape. I believe this is the authority that should have seen to it that I received the audio tape. There should have never been an opinion issued without my being provided with the audio tape.
We had many different attorneys "representing" us in our case and I've written about each one of them with the exception of Roland "judas" Cowden. Cowden had me bring Michael to his office so he could introduce himself to Michael. He LIED to both of us, telling us he was going to take Michael's case public; hence the "Million-Heir Pays Pennies in Support was filed. According to Cowden, taking the case public would be the only way to obtain justice. Cowden is just as worthless as the rest of the Tennessee licensed "attorneys" who were "involved" in our very serious and highly merited court case.
I would like to commend former East Tennessee advocate against family law judicial corruption, Julie Sexton and the current advocates from Middle and West Tennessee who have given their testimonies before the Tennessee Children and Family Affairs Committee. I believe it was in 1994 that Julie Sexton founded the non-profit organization MOMS (Mothers Opposing Misjudgments) and she filed formal complaints against Mr. Swann in 1993 and again in 1994. Julie's court opinion is posted. All of these women have come forward even at the risk of judicial retaliation. Hopefully there will be many others willing to speak out in the near future. Unfortunately I was misled by Judge Daniels of the TCOJ. He sent written correspondence stating he had assigned my complaint against Mr. Swann to Judge Bernie Weinman of Memphis. I had based my first video on the fact that the complaint had been assigned to Judge Weinman and therefore there was finally an investigation into Swann's criminal behavior. Judge Weinman sent me a letter dated November 18, 2008, simply stating it APPEARS my allegations have been previously investigated. Therefore he will not be investigating Mr. Swann. I just sent my written correspondence to Judge Daniel; it is posted on this site. I will still show the video because it is Mark's responsibility to come forward and to testify against all of the judicial criminals he has involved himself with. I would like to hear from other victims of judicial corruption and advocates against judicial corruption as well. I hope law students and law professors will contact me as well. Thank you.
